Salary Range:  Starting @15$/hr

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated community member with a love for coffee, café environments, and customer service to join our team as a Barista for the 12 Neighbours Cafe at The Picaroons Roundhouse . This opportunity is exclusively available to individuals living in the 12 Neighbours community. We offer flexible working hours, approximately 10 -30 hours per week. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and present various hot and cold beverages, following established recipes

  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment

  • Work collaboratively with other cafe staff 

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Benefits 

  • On-the-job training provided, no prior experience required

  • Wage of $15 per hour.
